Mary C. Brinton, Reischauer Institute Professor of Sociology and former Director of the Reischauer Institute, was interviewed by The Asia Business Daily, a South Korean newspaper, in an article discussing the issues of gender inequality and low birth rate. This was the first interview based on her recently published book『縛られる日本人 人口減少をもたらす「規範」を打ち破れるか』(Chuo Koron Shinsha, 2022) to appear in a Korean news source.
