Resources

The Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies is one of several centers for Asian studies at Harvard. As part of its mission to promote research and deepen understanding of Japan and Asia across the university and throughout the globe, RIJS has collaborated with other international centers and institutes, libraries, museums, academic departments, and study programs. The impact of this collaboration is visible in the careers of students who graduate from Harvard College and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, as well as the scholarly production of faculty, postdoctoral fellows, visiting scholars, and associates whose research and teaching has made use of these resources.
